STAY AWAY FROM POSTNET AND ARAMEX!

I have a parcel that was sent out on the 18th of June... It still hasn't been delivered after 23 days. I have called head office, different branches and no one can give me a time of when this will be sorted. Never in my life will I use Postnet or Aramex again. I also waited 19 days for a delivery from Aramex. The driver is apparently out on delivery and later I see they just marked the tracking info as "Customer was unavailable for delivery" Yet I don't have a single missed call and their was no one on my cameras who stopped in front of my house. Nice and lazy... Rather just use Courier guy.
