STAFF NEEDS SERIOUS TRAINING!!!
I WALKED INTO THE POSTNET AT HATFIELD PLAZA PRETORIA AND THERE WERE ABOUT 3 WOMEN FREE AND NUN OF THEM OFFERED TO HELP ME UNTIL I ACTUALLY SHOUTED AND SAID I NEEDED HELP AND THE ONE LADY SAID SHE COULD NOT HELP ME AS SHE WAS ON HER WAY OUT AND SHE TOLD HER COLLEAGUE TO ASSIST ME AND THE COLLEAGUE REFUSED TO ASSIST AND I STOOD ANOTHER GOOD 10 MINUTES UNTIL I SHOUTED AGAIN ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE AND THIS ONE WOMAN CAME TO ASSIST ME WITH TAKING MY ID PHOTO AND SHE JUST TOOK ONE SHOT AND SHE DIDN'T BOTHER TO SHOW ME THE PICTURE OR ASK ME IF I WAS HAPPY WITH IT, SHE JUST WENT AHEAD AND PRINTED OUT THE PHOTOS!! I WAS SO UPSET THAT I JUST PAID AND LEFT AND THE ONLY REASON WHY I DIDN'T WALK OUT WAS BECAUSE I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF THE PHOTOS AND I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PHOTOS AT ALL.
Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that were caused as a result of your disappointing visit to our Hatfield store.
It is so that the Store Manager met you on her way out and assigned another staff member to assist as soon as the latter was finished attending to another customer at the time.
We can assure you that we place a high emphasis on a great customer experience in store and we will not tolerate anything less.
It is clear that we did not meet your expectations and the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that we up our game.
