I was sent a parcel with 2 pairs of shoes and a dress last week from heidelberg to secunda. My tracking nr given was PP*** needless to say i couldnt track down my parcel because tracking nr invalid. So i thought i better call and found out maybe thers just a little minor problem. Secunda postnet couldnt help me because my parcel nr invalid. Heidelberg postnet couldnt help. So after a hell lot of calling back and forth heidelberg postnet said they think they found it. My new tracking nr is PPA***. Then i track this parcel down in johburg!! And i dont even know if it is my parcel cause the information given is very limited and to my according not very correct. I just want my parcel, my shoes and dress, as soon as possible in secunda where its supposed to be. Im just tired of searching and not knowing whats going on.
