SICKENING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM POSTNET

Extremely long delays when it comes to ETA promised. I sent a package directly at the Robindale branch to be shipped directly to MP, was told that it would overnight shipment and I paid over R300 bucks for it to be delivered ASAP. This was on the 10th of September at 1 o’clock. Today is the 16th of September and still not delivered. The Robindale branch personnel told me stories about being returned to them by the driver, however was not re-sent two days later after I had called. Very DISAPPOINTING, FRUSTRATING and UNRELIABLE. I am expecting a refund for my overnight fee since this is now 6 days delayed. NEVER TRUSTING THEM AGAIN WITH DIRECT SHIPMENTS
