Shut down that ****** Postnet service!

I simply do not understand why Postnet is still running in SA especially within small towns like Thohoyandou. This is the third time I have been sent a package via overnight delivery and I never got any communication from Postnet about the sending nor the arrival of my package. I had to wait till i contacted the publishers to ask them where my books are and they gave me a receipt. When I called the Postnet at Thavhani mall the lady was so rude and told me not to wait for the sms anymore I must choose a date three days after and drive 45km and hope I’ll get my package. Later on telling me she is hanging up the call coz she has to deal with other customers. It’s so weird how on their page, there are horrific reviews about terrible services and ********** pricing and the head office does nothing about such? Shut down that ****** thing for Christ sake and never will I ever bother!
