Shoddy service delivery

I took a parcel to Queenswood branch on Friday 03 September 2020 for delivery to Cape Town. The parcel has been in Cape Town since 07 September 2020 but has as yet not been delivered to the person. Why did I choose overnight? I am told that Langa is an OUTLYING area! Really?????????? It has still not been delivered and the call centre puts the phone down and the Queenswood Branch is not answering! Can this really be acceptable as a service! Will not use them again! Why do we pay for this kind of service which is discriminatory and shoddy!
