Shocking Service PostNet Salt Rock

Absolutely shocking service, they charged me with additional print costs due to the staff not being qualified / experienced to print documents correctly. The manager / experienced staff member - Faromaa, would not even speak to me politely or accept this was their mistake. The new staff member wouldn't even give me her name to complain at Head Office level in fear of her. This is digusting and I will never use this PostNet again and will take this further. I would like this actioned and disciplinary action taken.
