Shocking service at Postnet Wonderboom junction
Let me tell you about my experience at Postnet Wonderboom junction. I drove into the parking area and past the store and saw only one customer. I went to the far end of the lot to park and walked up to the store. When I entered one of the 3 ladies who were huddled around the computer at the back of the store sauntered up and I realised they were only now going to help this guy who I had seen alone in the store for at least 10 minutes. He asked in a friendly tone about a police clearance. The lady said nothing, and with the attitude of a home affairs workers walked around the counter and pointed at a poster with pricing, turned her back on the customer and walked back to continue her chat with the other workers After they finally helped this poor guy, they came to help me. I put the three parcels I wanted to send on the counter and asked if she could send them Postnet to Postnet. She then pulled out a pile of form and with a shockingly bad attitude said "fill this in" I then said that all of the details were already written on the packages. She then said it's standard procedure and I must fill them in. I once again asked why as all the details are already written down. With a huge sigh she then took the packages and thew them down in front of the computer and said " well if you don't fill in the papers it's fine, but it's at your own risk, there is a good chance your packages will go missing" at this stage I had had enough and instructed her to return my packages and left the store. In the year that I have been living here I have NEVER had a good experience in that store. They are giving Postnet a very bad name.
