Shocking Service

I sent a parcel yesterday 19/10/2020 at Postnet overnight delivery to Cape Town, I noticed today 20/10/2020 that the parcel is still sitting in Johannesburg. I've been calling up and down but it seems to be a blaming game, Postnet is blaming Aramex and Aramex is blaming Postnet.

The issue here is I need this parcel back by tomorrow or penalties will be incurred and I will be holding someone at Postnet or Aramex personally liable for this. So someone better make sure at Postnet or Aramex that I receive this parcel back from Cape Town before the closing of business tomorrow or legal action will be taken.
