Shocking service

There should be a minus rating. I sent a parcel to Pietermartzburgh from the South Coast. It is the 11th and I believe it is sitting in Johannesburg. After many phone calls to Aramex and Postnet I am still NOT guaranteed this parcel will get to PMB before it has to go with relatives to London. They leave lunch time tomorrow. There is no way to describe how angry I am.
