Shocking quality poor service
Hi there,<br> <br> I've just had a shocking experience at your Karaglen franchise. I went in to have some printing done and was first of all met with pathetic service, so uninterested and useless. Second of all I'm expected to accept prints with ink blots all over the place to which I refused. My third point is actually question..how do people like these make it through the franchise application process? Not one person in that store is technically competent to be in the printing environment. Then then final product is cut skew, and all pages are different sizes with text cutting off.<br> <br> I need to present this to a customer? and Postnet have the gaul to charge me R192 for this *******.<br> <br> Is this service? Is this what Postnet stands for?<br> <br> I have given this branch two chances and they have been failed twice. I would like my money back please get the owner to contact me in order to do this. I will gladly give him the **** printed for me.<br> <br> Im happy to supply photo's if required.<br> <br> Thanks very much<br> <br>
