Service at PostNet Bronkhorstspruit

We had a terrible experience with Postnet Bronkhorstspruit. They locked our suit saying that we not paying, but on Monday 26 May 2019 I proofed to them that I paid R550 on the 15th of February 2019, all along our box was locked. On a regular basis I tried to phone there number without anyone picking up the phone, not even a voice mail to leave a message. When we went in on Monday, I complained about our box that was locked and then the clerks switch over to there language and we don't understand what they are saying.
