Screaming accross customera

I was standing in the Que waiting to be served, there was a very young lady, a gentleman and a medium height lady helping customers. The manager came to the front and took over from the young girl and explained she needed to glue the pages together to make it work. the next moment the medium height lady went to the back and then all hell broke loose, this woman came from the back screaming and shouting, she then started screaming at the manager and walked out the shop still screaming, the manager then went to the back to answer a phone followed by the medium height lady and the the other lady returned, still screaming and continued screaming into the managers office, the young gentleman tried to keep his composure and helped the customers, I feel the woman screaming should have been fired on the spot. i have never seen such disrespect for management, a company, or customers, she did not even care that we were there. I trust i will never have to be served by her anywhere!!!
