******** that charge you to open your mail and NOT send it

Postnet open sealed letters and after charging you in excess of R 500 to send said letter express to the UK, tell you to collect said letter and then refuse to refund you for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. Is this how Postnet makes money these days, ******** clients and not even delivering the goods. What right do you have to open a sealed card other than invading a persons privacy?!?!?!
