Sarcastic and rude staff

The staff members at Postnet in Edenvale are rude and sarcastic and have absolutely no respect for the customers. Phoned in to find out about a parcel we need to collect there the first time they couldn't assist us because the computer was still of and they rudely told us to make use of the website which didn't give us any answer either the second time he sarcastically told us that our parcel is not there yet without even knowing who we are and note we were 2 very different people that phoned in so how could they know we are awaiting the same parcel
