Postnet lost my parcel that had an iPhone in it,and they did not want to pay me for my iPhone 13.. The location of the phone is showing on my other device but postnet and Aramex have not taken any steps to assist retrieve it and nobody in the company has been held accountable. Which to me proves that their drivers are ******* and the company really accepts it, someone should have been fired for *****ing. The fact that the location shows nowhere near any of their depts proves that it was ****** in transit!

I am never using Aramex or postnet again! They are ********s 😤
