Rude staff members at Postnet Goldfield's Mall

I was at Postnet Goldfields mall to scan a document with a friend. The staff was bery arrogant. A partcular member of the staff who I had an altercation with the last time i went to postnet did the same thing again. She is rude and doesnt address customers well. After scanning my document, I sat on the chair in front of a computer. I had not seen the sign that read that only persons using the computer are allowed to sit there. She started shouting. I stood up n told her i didnt see the sign. She continued telling me that if I think i have an attitude hers is worse. Its R15 to scan, my friend was charged R21 because I sat on the chair. Im appalled. I will never go Postnet GOLDFIELDS again.
