Rude Staff

I was at postnet Lemon tree shopping mall yesterday 19th/Oct/2026 and Immediately I stepped in i greeted the colored lady at the front desk and she did not respond, I greeted her 3 times and she ignored me, her colleague on the far end noticed her behavior and quickly stepped in to assist me. I think postnet should train their workers some behavioral classes because that girl was rude and I will never go back to that postnet. If anyone has some issues, they should never vent it on a customer.
