Rude staff

Good day

I just got a call from Lutho,Postnet Dundee.

She is rude,abuses the power of handling peoples parcels.

This is how the conversation went ' Lutho: Not sure if i pronounce your name correctly. Says an incorrect name

Me: Why are you calling people you dont know ?(thinking ****s) Her: i am calling from Postnet dundee,regarding parcel from ..

.theres a lot of parcels here ,i will shift it aside if you dont want to talk.

Me: please dont use emotional *********

Lutho : Goes on to threaten to move to other parcels

Me: i asked her we confirm information

Lutho: drops call

Please hire people who are mature,professional and who wont bring their egos to work.
