Rude!!! Postnet cannot be trusted

I posted my parcel on Monday and and 4 days later it had not arrived. I used the tracking number to find out where it was stuck but no info was available on the system. I then called in on the 31/07/2020 at 15h58 and someone by the name of Julia answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes the hung up my call. I called in again and she answered and put me on hold again. I'm ****ed and disappointed. this is unprofessional and totally unacceptable
