Rude customer service

I had documents scanned and emailed at the Gordonsbay Village Branch. I wish I skipped this branch. Received rude service from the blonde haired lady working there. If you can't handle stress then this job is not cut out for you. I don't know how she gets away treating customers with such an irritated attitude -raising her voice, getting defensive and rude for no reason and shakes her head at a customer while her manager stands next to her. I never had problems with this branch in the past, but after this incident I will stop supporting them.
