Rude behaviour

I went to elridge corner yesterday to scan my documents the scans wasn't right and I went back today to 're do it proper I Said to that lady( black lady ) don't know her nAme I Said am not looking for a refund I just want to do it properly I will pay again its fine. But please do my certificates proper Those are for overseas and. And I ask one certificate to look for. that first copy came out it was ****. I Said this is not clear u can't even read what's written on it She said very rudely go somewhere else this is how we do. Is this really a nice thing to say to someone.
