Rude and Unwelcoming Customer Service

On 12th July 2025, I went to Postnet Boksburg to collect my order from Zara. The lady (Lerato) who was assisting was rude and unwelcoming, I told her I am here to collect the parcel from Zara, she requested a tracking number and my response was that I have an order number. She said she can’t assist me if I don’t have a tracking number. I told her this is not the first time I collect the parcel here from but she was rude adamant that without a tracking number, she won’t help me. I had to beg her to punch the order number on the system once it went through she said this is a tracking number, I told her on the communication I received they presented it as an order number
