Rude and Unkept Staff members. No communication no service etiquette
Morning.
I have never in my life experienced such horrible service from a PostNet branch like I did this morning from Postnet in Wonderboom South Junction shopping centre.
I went to print and scan documents as my printer at home had run out of cartridge and needed the scan the documents I went to print. With that said I went in the store a little before 9 because other stores where closed.
My scanned documents took over 15 minutes to be emailed to me because of slow internet. The lady who helped me didn't bother to tell me that their internet is slow. She took my card payment,I waited and had to ask her why it's taking so long to come through.Only then did she say the internet is slow.I went to incredible connection for inc, went to to cartridge store to.compare ink prices, went back to incredible connection to purchase the ink for my printer at home.Went Back to the store to ask why it is taking soooooo daaaamn loooooong for my email to come through.
A girl who was sorting out papers with tatooes and multiple earrings busy talking Afrikaans with the other two asking how long ago I came,it's Telkom.bla bla bla and being stupid to the fact that I understand what she was saying.
When I complained and said if I come to the shop to use the net I will.get this delay the lady who I was actually talking to at the counter said yes and asked her other colleague to reboot the cables or whatever.
When it eventually sent the lady with tattoos and multiple earrings said I should take the matter up.with telkom. So I ask;Do you train your staff to be ********* and pass blame instead of doing service recovery
Do you train your staff to communicate a problem they are aware of before a client complains?
Do you train your staff to speak to clients in a faul and unprofessional manner,in other languages, and with negative body language?
Do you go to Woolworths and pay for something and when it's not what you want Woolworths tells you to go complain to their service provider?
Some advise;close your doors if you do not have staff who know what customer service is.It's not rocket science to work at PostNet and certainly not rocket science to treat clients with dignity, open communication and take responsibility for your shops action.
I should go to Telkom and complain?Am I employed by Postnet to lodge complaints on behalf of it?I came for a service at Postnet NOT Telkom
