Rude and *********** employees

Yesterday 22/03/2022 I went to the Postnet at Ferndale on Republic in Randburg Johannesburg and was assisted by a lady (Lindo) with regard to an overnight delivery. I was informed by the lady who gave me assistance that I would have to pay extra to have the parcel delivered overnight as it was being delivered to a remote area, which I did as the parcel was work related and had to be delivered ASAP. I now find out that the parcel will only be delivered by Friday when the person went to collect the parcel at the Postnet in their area today. In following up with the waybill the first lady (Jeanette) that answered the phone was very rude and questioned me on who assisted me even though its her name that's on the waybill. She then denied ever assisting me and put the blame on her colleague who apparently is not on the system as yet. I have gone back and forth trying to get both these ladies to ensure my parcel is delivered so that it can be used in time for the reason it was sent and have gotten nowhere but only received rudeness and incompetence from both the ladies that work at the establishment. For peace of mind and if you must use a Postnet rather go the one up the road on Bramfisher Driver.
