Rude and distasteful behavior

I've been using the service at Postnet Pavilion for many years. For the 1st time I was appalled by the manner of an employee at that branch. I had went into the branch to render their service. The gentleman had greeted me and I had greeted him back and asked of the service I required. The lady that was assisting someone else, tells me in a very rude manner that it's Hello and laminate please. I had told her that I did greet. She still argues with me and has the cheek to ask me if I forgot my manners. I feel that this behaviour is not exceptable at any level. You shouldn't be allowed to speak to your customers in this manner. Further more she was not assisting me it was another person. If that person didn't hear me greet I'm sure he would have said something but clearly he had no problem so I don't understand why this lady was rude.
