RUDE!!

A friend of mine sent me a package from JHB to Durban, so she chose to send it to PostNet in Westville. Westville is a bit to far, so i called them and asked them if they could please move it to the PostNet in Gateway since it's more convenient. The person i spoke to was so rude! I told him it was my first time using PostNet and he said "why did you have it sent here in the first place" I'm like i just told you, someone sent me something, i didn't know how it worked he spoke over me saying i should send him an email and spoke so fast i couldn't even hear it and he dropped the call! I work for Customer Service and this is no way to treat a customer! They should really invest in training their workers to know how to handle customers!!
