Wednesday at past 10am I went to Postnet in Howard Centre. I was helped by a lady cant remember her name. I was charged R305 +R265 to do an overnight service to Wolseley. Was told I can track my parcel. I did couldnt understand the statuses. Today Friday I called postnet as there is no number for Aramex the gentleman said i must call back after 12. Parcel still did not arrive I phoned again and the guy said he will call aramex and get back to me. He never got back to me a lady did and said there was a delay. Your delay is not my problem firstly secondly nobody informed me of anything i had nothing to go on. You render a courier service you cant have delays i paid R570 for a parcel that never reached its destination. This lady says she will call me back at 6 yet she knows her store closes at 6. And i told her that i want my package back and a refund if the parcel is not deliveres today. Your service is poor and pathetic. Speedy services is far better than you and and cheaper. I am very disgusted in your services and I will not promote you to any of my family memebers or friends. I dont want any excuses for your service you should not be operating if u can deliver on what you say you can. Utter *******
