Rosebank PostNet Disgusting Service.

Wow, Please kindly advise why Postnet Rosebank refused to print my ticket that I bought at ticketpro, because the website states that the ticket can be printed at any postnet.

Firstly the consultant was rude, did not even get his name before I could finish my question he had already answered it (him thinking I came to collect a parcel that was supposed to be collected at a different PostNet), eventually I get to explain that I need to print out a ticket and I had called checked and confirmed that I can get a ticket printed provided that another postnet has not printed it. He goes to the back to enquire from a manager apparently and comes back to say NO we don't do that here we never have, and I ask if he can try and his answer was just NO, now I can't collect my tickets wow
