Sending a parcel to Australia via PostNet , Heidelberg Mall on Tuesday 15/9. Pay R2400 because weight was 2.4kg. I packed the parcel before the lady. There was a Bible, 2 bottles perfume, medication and sweets in. Yesterday the lady phone me and said that DHL send the perfume back. I'm not allowed to send it. The lady as PostNet should have told me. Now i lost money. Should have pay less with the perfume out of the box and the weight under 2kg. They rupped of people. Will not support them again.
