Rip me off some more postnet...

<p> So I was charged the ridiculous fee to have a parcel overnighted from PMB to CPT and it departed the PMB facility at 17:39 yesterday and was not here in CPT by 14:00 today. I am pretty sure in that time frame a drive from PMB to CPT is easy to accomplish and further more I would expect with the f**king high price of R785 for a parcel that would usually cost R149 for regular delivery to mean it would be sent via air to ensure it arrived on time. Completely unacceptable to rip of customers and then not deliver. I will never use your company again after this experience and will recommend to everyone I know they don't either.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
