This is the 3rd time that we experienced absolute rudeness, i.e. we get a phone call to collect a parcel that arrived. On arrival we asked for the said parcel, however, were not issued with a tracking nr. The lady refused to help as we do nor have a teacking nr, yet it was not given to us, then turned her back and walked off. Only when my husband said so what must we do you phone us to collect now that we there to collect with our ID doc they refused to help. Must admit the previous staff was much more professional & pleasant. You will lose customers this way which is very sad. Then people want jobs but not prepared to give the proper service that they employed for.
