Refuse to deliver parcel

I had to pick up several parcels from postnet. The lady behind the counter does not want to hand over a parcel adressed to me PIETER SCHEENLOOP because apparently the tracking or a tracking number does not correspond. There is only one PIETER SCHEENLOOP in the whole of South Africa, I have a Gallery across of Postnet with my name on it and they refuse to hand me the parcel over.
