Refund

I went to do my SACE, as they say they do SACE I told the guy that I wanted to do SACE, instead of him doing SACE he did a ******** check immediately today when I get the results I see that he did ******** check record instead of SACE, I called the store they told me that the guy is not in yet I explained my story to the lady who answered the phone she took my numbers and said she will tell the gut to call me as soon as he arrives.The guy called I told him that I got the results but that's not what I came to do he said all people come to do the ******** check and says it's SACE I asked him if he understands the difference between SACE and ******** check/ finger prints also told him to Google what is SACE ,I asked them for refund because from the on set I did specify what I wanted
