Received wrong information

So I asked for A POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE, never before asked for one so new to all this, the lady says yes we can do it, paid R305 for something I can't use as it was a Police clearance Check. Instead of saying you need to go to a police station to obtain one. What a waste of R305....
