<p>I had the so pleasant experience of frequenting this store on 01/11/2016 at about 10h45 am. i took a sample of a stamp i needed and the assistant looked at the catalgoue, gave me a price i paid in full even before receivign the stamp and left with my sample stamp. i was told that they would have to order same and would notify me for collection.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recevived an email from Gavin yesterday afternoon and went throuhg at approximately 17h15 to collect the stamp, trusting that i took a sample, i assumed that i wrong given the correct stamp. to my surprise when i got home and tried to fit the ink pad and to find out the incorrect stamp was supp****.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went back to the store today with my stamp and the new one i boughlt only to be told they supp**** the incorrect stamp. all i stated was that if i was supp**** with the correct item in the first place we would not have this problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Gavin them storms out and babbles on about forgiveness instead of attendign to the issue, offering an aoplogy or intervening.</p> <p> </p> <p>He called me a "***" which i find a ****** comment and i retorded to such ****** derogotray comment and asked him what is he goig to do, he rep**** " I wont even touch you with a pole" if that is not ******, derogotary or offensive then i am the pope.</p> <p> </p> <p>Being the rude onbnoiuos, arrogant, ****** and retard he is, he simply turned around and walked away and hurled insults in full view of his wife, and staff, let alone customers. let me guess they will also says excatly what he wants them to say.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am going to all social media to expose this ****** cruel, cunninn and arogant disgrace of a human being, i will arrange a picket rite outside his business and expose him for the ****** he is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sorry Gavin this is not the old "White Regime"' you are not better than anyone else, you are a retard, a ******, sick, demented, cunning, God i want to throw up now, exucuse for a human being.
