R99 for 3 day service is a ****

I don't use postal services too often,but when I did, it was always postnet. Not anymore. R99 + stress+ airtime wasted= not worth the hassle. I was surprised how useless Postnet have become. I think they must've employed ex post office employees now or actually realised that they only need to be one notch better than the post office to make money. My item was posted Tuesday morning and I got a screenshot at 8.08am of the Weyhill. It's now Monday midday and still no parcel. I've spent R50 airtime trying to find out where it is. The person on the phone had an excuse for every question I asked like the day posted is not counted,weekends not counted,etc.. Fair enough...but if a parcel is posted in Cape Town on a Tuesday, I expect to have it by Friday 5pm latest. And judging by the ratings on here, I can't believe a company that tried to replace the post office,has no one responding to the 1 star complaints they have on here. Guess What? The Courier Guy has R99 door to door... Time to give someone else a chance to beat the post office and postnet at their game. It's really quite easy... Good customer service....get that right and you're better than them already.
