R560 for overnight shipping, hasn't been picked up in 3 days.

I paid R560 for express over night shipping on Friday. It is now monday @ 11PM, and it hasn't even left Cape Town yet. Please explain to me why you charge me so much for over night if it hasn't left the province 3 whole f*cking days later.
