PROMPT AND EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently sent a parcel through postnet and within the same day I had to cancel it just before it was delivered. The staff and manager at Postnet Hatfield were very understanding and did not interrogate me, I was assisted with such promptness and professionalism I was almost suspicious. But sure enough, the money was refunded to my account (it reflected within a few days) and I was able to take my parcel back home. They have a very straight-forward return policy. Would be happy to recommend this post service to friends and family.
