Postnett Rippoff!!Postnet sucks!! Beware people
Went to the Welkom branch this morning to have a black and white copy of an ID printed out. Asked in the branch if I could mail it, the assistant said yes and so said so done. After she printed it and I asked about the costs she said R 13.50. Amazed, I asked why SO high, seeing that just before me she helped me a man print out an ID for R 1.00. She rep**** that R 10.00 IS FOR RECEIVING THE E- MAIL and R 3.50 for the copy. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE R 10 FOR RECEIVING AN E- MAIL?????And then charge more for the copy as well??How is this possible. Not one of your staff could give me an answer. BE sure, I WILL NEVER USE POSTNETT\S RIPOFF SERVICE AGAIN!!! And I will tell all my family, friends and clients to stay away for you. I am taking this complaint to all available platforms so that people can be aware of how Postnet rip people off. Why not tell me beforehand that to send an e- mail is going to be such a rip-off?? Then I would have declined. I have no words further, just stunned Postnet are so greedy!"
Thank you so much for penning your complaint as without your feedback we can never address customer's concerns and issues. We strive to improve our service through this kind of feedback.
It is so that we have suggested retail pricing based on market related charges and this is app**** as per the business owner's discretion.
The matter was referred to the owner of the store who confirmed the pricing charged. He will ensure that staff first confirm pricing before the transaction is entered into.
Kind regards.
