PostnetSA has a very poor service and their courier guys can just drop parcels and have unknown people sign for them and not care about my loss…no apology or way forward on how this will be refunded instead i have to call and email and chase after them li

I sent a parcel on the 29/05/2023 via postnet sunningdale cape town to joburg and was ‘delivered’ the next day but my friend who is the reciever never got the parcel…the reciever never got a call from a courier guy or any form of communication and yet when we track everything online the parcel was delivered and signed for…not acceptable!!!I paid for a service and no one seems to care to track the delivery guy who worked that day and account or say who he gave the parcel to and I need postnet or the courier guy to be accountable and pay for this!!!!
