Postnet's uncaring service

I had a parcel delivered from Hazeyview to Postnet branch at Elredge centre, Boksburg. The appliance was wrapped in a towel and the box was marked "Fragile" when I received it, it was badly damaged with pieces broken off. That is the kind of respect they display for other peoples property and by the way, the service is not cheap. Their only existence is due to the conception that the Post Office is worse than them, these days I'm not so sure and will test that next time. I have sent numerous emails and thus far have not even had a reply of acknowledgment........Very bad service. Postnet, I shall never use your service again and warn as many people as possible too.
