Postnet's rude, disgusting and pathetic customer service.

Today, 31 October 2023 I received a rude, bad and disgusting customer service at Postnet Vaal Mall. This tall white guy is rude, arrogant and has no customer service skills. I spoke to a lady at Postnet, asking her to print two documents from their email address. She did so and then decided to help another guy. While I was waiting, this white tall guy approached me to assist me. I told him that I wanted to pay for the two documents which are on the printer. He took the money from my hand and asked who printed the documents, the lady said it was her. He then drowned the money back at me and told me why do I want him to help me while this lady is going to help me because he has other customers to attend to and he told me to move on the side.

He said and did all this with an attitude, arrogance, rudeness and disrespect. It was not the first time that I received a bad service from this Postnet but I let it go at first. I want Postnet SA to deal with this guy, he doesn't have any good customer service skills.
