Postnet's Botched Visa Delivery has Cost our Annual Overseas Trip

My fiance and I currently live apart - doing long distance. We only see eachother for 2 weeks, every six months. This Christmas, we booked and paid for our flights and a tour of Morocco. Our Visa application was given to Postnet Ballito on Monday the 27th November for overnight delivery to the embassy in Pretoria. Not only did the Visa not arrive at the embassy the next day - it arrived at the embassy EIGHT DAYS LATER - on the 5th December, losing us critical time to get a timely response from the embassy who are already experiencing a backlog. This trip has cost us R50000, and untold stress. We hereby demand compensation from POSTNET for this absolute disaster!!!
