PostNet Zeerust

Postnet Zeerust Most pathetic service EVER!!! Had a parcel sent from Pretoria to me, which arrived the day after. PostNet didn't let anyone know that the parcel has arrived, which resulted in me missing my exam and forfeiting the fees. I feel that they should be held accountable for this, because clearly they aren't doing their job.
