Postnet worse than SA Post office

Please people do not use Postnet. There's many other better courier companies out there. Postnet is same as SA post office.

I mailed an order, paid R650. 6 days later it's still not delivered. They said day 4 was failed delivery yet no one bothered to call the receiver nor the sender
