Postnet Woodhill rude service

I went to get some stuff printed for my son, during the pandemic it was hard to to get much done for my son anywhere for school as everything was closed, when they finally lifted it to level 4 we ordered a printer to print my sons school stuff but had to wait, so I tried to get some stuff printed at the closest postnet which was woodhill in the parkview centre, I arrived before 4pm to find the doors have already been closed and the lady behind the counter at first waved me away and pointed at her wrist to indicate the time, I knocked on the door to tell her it's not at yet 4pm ,when she eventually came to the door after pretending for some time I'm not there, she then proceeded to say it 4pm they are closed, I said that it was not 4pm when I arrived and the doors were already closed and that if they had helped me before waving me away I could have been helped before closing time. Very rude lady then slammed the door in my face, I also assumed after the stores had been closed for weeks that they would not be so keen on getting rid of customers, I myself have been a customer of postnet many years, particularly postnet hazelden but unfortunately with the pandemic we had to find one closest to my house, I was very disappointed with my service or the lack of service I guess.. Just to add not all postnets have ad service , hazeldean and the grove have given me great service in the past
