Postnet - Where is my package????

Handed a package in for courier services on 7th August , last update was on the 7th in evening with a date saying the 8th August - so they jumped time obviously. No updates since then, no idea where the package is or how long it will still take. Worst service for couriers to be honest and more expensive that competition that delivers more reliable.
