Postnet - what service?

I am expecting a parcel from Pretoria to Benoni, Parcel sent on 27th September, Monday. It is now 30th September, Thursday. I have still not been notified of parcel arrival. According to the postnet website the Benoni Farramere store is open till 6pm, this is also false, I went to the store at 17h45, the store closes at 5pm.

I have tried calling the customer service number, ***, this number never gets answered.

This service is absolutely disgusting.
