Postnet Westgate (worst client service ever received)

I have paid for a parcel to be sent from cape town to johannesburg and after the sender from cape town paid and submitted for the materials I immediately received and sms with a tracking number and saying valid identification required (valid ID book??) it did not say I need my ID with me to collect my parcel which I paid for. I had the sms on my phone sent to my number with me as proof of Identification that I am the person collecting my parcel, postnet westgate has rude staff and the owner clearly does not know what he is talking about, I am very disappointed with the service I received, I do not recommend using posnet for courier purposes
